Are you being or do you know someone who is being bullied?
Bullying is not OK, it can be helpful to talk to someone about how you’re feeling. You could talk to a teacher, a parent or a friend. If you are not sure how you are feeling about it or who to talk to here are some numbers and websites that have people willing to help:

Are you feeling down or do you know someone who may be feeling low?
